GCA Constitution Review
The Greely Community Association has recently undertaken a review of our constitution to ensure it fully meets the requirements of the Ontario Not‑For‑Profit Corporations Act. These updates are relatively minor, but they are an important step in keeping our governance clear, transparent, and compliant with the law.
You can take a look at the current constitution here, and the proposed updated version here. We want to make sure that everyone in our community has the chance to understand the changes and share their thoughts.
Your feedback is incredibly valuable! Whether you have questions, suggestions, or just want to share your perspective, please send your comments to us by [insert method, e.g., email or form].
Our goal is to bring the updated constitution to our AGM this summer for formal voting and ratification. By sharing your input now, you’re helping ensure the document reflects the needs and voices of our community while keeping us on track for a smooth AGM.
Thank you for taking the time to be part of this important process, together, we’re keeping the Greely Community Association running smoothly and ready for the future!.
